We hold a continuously updated international database of law reports - including transcripts of first-instance and appeal court rulings - relating to the admissibility and probative status of tape recordings as well as other voice and language related evidence. This has proved an invaluable resource for lawyers attempting to come to terms with these areas for the first time. In cases from countries where there is a lack of legally-experienced personnel locally, we can make available a package comprising the expert witness, relevant law reports, transcripts of judicial rulings and a suitably experienced UK-based solicitor/barrister who may either act directly for the client or, in non-reciprocal jurisdictions, in an advisory capacity to the local lawyer.
